First day of school

Caitlin also started school last week! She was a little nervous morning of, but by "drop off" she was super excited! She thinks she's pretty cool now that she's in preschool (at Connor's old school!).

Off to Kindergarten...

 Connor started kindergarten last week! Yikes! Where have the years gone? He was so excited and ready! In fact, at 6:45 am the first morning he said "I'm so excited for kindergarten I can't even sleep!". Needless to say, we had plenty of time to enjoy breakfast, get dressed and play that morning! He went right into class, barely a bye to Caitlin and I (and no hugs!) and he was off! I'll take no hug any day over crying and clinging! I'm praying the "new" doesn't wear off and he stays this excited all year long!

Another good first day quote "schools great, we had 3 recesses, PE and a fire drill!"

Graduation Day!

Last week, we attended our first of many graduations! 

Connor had a pre-K graduation program complete with cap and tassel! The kids were super cute singing 6 songs (one in Spanish) and receiving their "diploma"!

We all SCREAM for ice cream!

Caitlin wanted to celebrate her birthday with a "make your own ice cream sundae" party! The kids loved it and left all sugared up! It's hard to believe our baby is growing up so fast!

Oh Maui, I miss you already! 

Another wonderful Hawaiian holiday! Our kids are part fish and swam their little hearts out, jumped waves, road the waves, snorkeled, kayaked...there is no stopping them!

Connor and I had a goal to snorkel everyday...we did it! Five different beaches, countless fish, turtles, urchins, creatures!

Connor is now FIVE!! 

We had a fun day (week) celebrating our "baby"...now he's playing t-ball, going to Kindergarten in the Fall and becoming smarter and smarter each day!

He celebrated his birthday with Mom, Dad and Caitlin over hamburgers and ice cream at Red Robin (his choice!) and then went rock climbing with his friends on Friday!

 The kids love birthday! Andy had been out of town so it gave them plenty of time to plan and decorate! The cake was quite a work of art! We had a nice birthday lunch and "swim" as a family!
